The work

The team is involved in a mix of public and private sector projects. You might be:

• Optimising infrastructure or logistics platforms for large-scale operations
• Helping a government organisation modernise its systems
• Supporting the integration of AI solutions into existing services
• Contributing to Green Software initiatives by building efficient, sustainable systems

The setup is hybrid. You will usually spend two to three days per week on-site with a client, one day in the Breda office, and the rest from home.

Fridays are team days - focused on development, sharing ideas, and staying connected.

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong with Java and or Kotlin, plus Spring Boot
• Fluent Dutch speaker
• Comfortable in client-facing roles and a consultancy-style setup
• Curious, collaborative, and proactive in sharing knowledge
• Bonus: experience or interest in AI or sustainable software practices

The process

1. Join the team for lunch on a Friday to get to know each other
2. Have a technical and personal conversation with a few team members
3. Complete a short coding exercise (kata)
