🎯 What You’ll Be Up To:

🛠 HR Operations

Be the well-oiled machine behind our people machine: onboarding, offboarding, payroll, perks… you know the drill. Keep it compliant, keep it smooth, keep it human.

🧘 Employee Relations

Got people skills? You’ll be the go-to person for solving disputes, answering the "Can I…?" questions, and keeping workplace vibes positive and respectful.

🎉 Engagement & Culture

Help us create a workplace people brag about at dinner parties. Plan events, spark connections, and boost morale with initiatives that say: “We’re not just coworkers, we’re (almost) family.”

💼 Compliance Jedi

You’ll be our guardian of Dutch labor laws. Stay up-to-date, keep the HR ship aligned, and make sure nothing sneaky slips through the cracks.

🧲 Talent Acquisition Support

Play matchmaker between our awesome projects and the perfect new hires. Post jobs, screen talent, schedule interviews, and check references like a pro.

🧠 What You Bring to the Table:

• 🎓 A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
• 🕰 At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience (and stories to tell).
• 📚 Top-tier knowledge of Dutch labor laws — yes, the boring stuff, but super important!
• 💬 Communication skills so good they make your grandma proud.
• 🧩 Organizational ninja skills and eye for detail.
• 🤐 Discretion, especially when it comes to sensitive info.
• 🇳🇱🇬🇧 Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken — because we work in stereo.
