What impact will you make?

As a Manager Data Analytics, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the data analytics strategy within Deloitte Audit. You will effectively leverage the opportunities within our global Deloitte network to bring the best of Deloitte to our clients and shape the audit of the future. With your management skills, you contribute to the personal and professional growth of the team.

How do you do this?

• Develop strategies for the use of data analytics, AI, and automation in collaboration with financial auditors, specifically for each audit client within the global Deloitte network;
• Work closely with NSE and Global teams to establish innovation strategies for the audit process in general;
• Design and develop data analytics, AI, and automation applications for the audit practice that are applicable internationally;
• Train and advise financial auditors on data analytics, AI, and automation;
• Utilize and further expand an international network within Deloitte;
• Coach and train junior colleagues in the Audit Analytics team;
• Develop and improve processes and standards within the team.
  
  

You are part of an enthusiastic and international team and have the opportunity to work flexibly across all locations of Deloitte in the Netherlands. Additionally, you can support large proposals and will be involved in advisory projects in addition to the audit work.

You inspire others and view matters from different perspectives. Above all, you dare to be yourself, with your own strengths, worldview, and personality. Moreover, as a Manager Data Analytics, you have:

• Approximately 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in data analytics/science within the financial sector;
• Experience in managing a team and multiple projects;
• A completed (relevant) master's degree;
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau;
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, and DevOps is a plus;
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
