🚀 We're Hiring: DevOps Engineer – Hybrid (Lisbon)

📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal 🖥️ Work Model: (2-3 days/week on-site) 🌐 Sector: IT

Are you a skilled DevOps Engineer with a passion for infrastructure and deployment in on-premise environments? Join our team and work on impactful projects with international exposure and a flexible hybrid setup.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• 🔁 Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines
• 🛠️ Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and monitor production systems
• 📦 Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes
• 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and scalability
• 🗓️ Participate in client meetings and plan commissioning activities

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 🧠 Experience as a DevOps Engineer
• 🔧 Strong knowledge of CI/CD, IaC, and system monitoring
• 🐳 Hands-on with Kubernetes, Python/Bash scripting, and containerized environments
• ☁️ Familiarity with AWS or Azure (cloud experience is a plus)
• 💬 Excellent soft skills: resilience, teamwork, adaptability
• 🔄 Experience working in Agile environments
• 🗣️ Fluent in English (C1 level)

🌍 Additional Info

• 🏢 Hybrid work model (3 days on-site in Lisbon)
• ✈️ International travel required
• 🖥️ Focus on on-premise infrastructure (cloud is a plus, not a must)
