About the role:


We're hiring an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join an international project, working closely with IT, business, and development teams. You’ll focus on ensuring security across networks, applications, and data systems while maintaining compliance with relevant standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of security measures for IT systems, networks, and data.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor security systems (firewalls, IDS/IPS, MDM, PAM, SIEM) and ensure proactive threat detection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to security incidents and develop incident response procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Document security processes, assessments, and incident reports thoroughly and accurately.
  • Provide expert advice on platform optimization, integrations, and performance improvements from a security perspective.
  • Actively influence security practices by routing feedback to relevant teams.
  • Required Skills & Experience:

    • Strong experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on network and application security.
    • Hands-on experience with security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, MDM, PAM, SIEM).
    • Good understanding of networks, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and security fundamentals.
    • Familiarity with BCP/DRP scenarios and disaster recovery strategies.
    • Exposure to cloud security practices (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001) and standards (ENISA, CIS).
    • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK for threat analysis.
    • Basic experience in malware analysis.
    • Excellent analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).


    Nice to Have:

    • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar).
    • Experience with application security testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP).
    • Familiarity with secure coding practices.
    • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for incident and change management.
