Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects that drive strategic decision-making and improve overall service delivery.

Your Mission

In this role, your primary objective will be to guarantee the efficient and successful completion of projects. A fundamental part of your role will be to develop important projects that will assist in strategic decision-making, prioritizing improvements in customer care and thereby ensuring client retention throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of initiatives focused on customer care and enhancement of the overall customer experience.
• Employ project management tools to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and remain on schedule.
• Collaborate with business units to oversee project timelines and assist in all phases while monitoring key KPIs and SLAs.
• Gather metrics and feedback from various departments, headquarters, and clients.
• Produce final reports and presentations, crafting persuasive narratives and recommendations based on pertinent data insights.
• Transform information into strategic actions.

Required Experience

• Around 2 years of experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on project management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract and correlate data from various sources.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• The ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, presenting clear, structured, and logical information to different stakeholders.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Skilled in budgeting and time management.
• Proficient in English.
