Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically in contributing to the AI journey at UBS in Cyber Security, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint in a real and concrete Cyber security topic?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Group Technology.
You’ll get to
- develop AI solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation projects
- contribute to the design of AI prototypes and experiment in the lab
- contribute in the definition of security policies for data protections of AIs.
- analyze trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Your team
You will work in a highly collaborative environment with colleagues from globally diverse backgrounds and skillsets coming together to solve challenging problems as a team. The position is within the Data Leakage Prevention Data Protection service. Our team is part of the Data Confidentiality Protection service. We are in charge of implementing controls to protect the bank from data leakages of sensitive data. Our solutions are deployed globally around the work covering all the different business divisions and business areas of the bank.

Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree), preferably in a MINT topic
- has analytical skills and a data driven mindset
- has knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Phyton, R or any related language, including AI frameworks like as LangChain)
- is curious, creative, and enthusiastic about applying AI to solve real problems
- has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
