What You Will Do

  • Partner with founders and product leaders to quickly turn ideas into working features—without sacrificing system reliability or accumulating tech debt.
  • Code every day—write clean, production-ready code that delivers real value fast.
  • Join code reviews, share knowledge, and help the team level up together.
  • Deploy services, launch servers, debug production issues, and keep systems running smoothly as we scale.
  • Use AI tools smartly—leverage them to boost productivity and solve problems faster.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of building backend systems (Python/Django experience)
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL experience preferred)
  • Comfortable working with cloud services, preferably AWS
  • Passionate about iterating on products quickly and solving tough technical challenges
  • Familiar with development best practices that keep teams efficient and codebases maintainable
