What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a growing SRE team to support platform and application reliability
- Design and operate scalable, fault-tolerant systems using modern DevOps practices
- Analyze the performance and reliability of software systems to identify areas for improvement
- Drive incident response, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
- Champion observability, deployment automation, and infrastructure reliability
- Ensure high availability by rapidly resolving incidents, optimizing production systems, and addressing root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Manage both monolithic and microservice applications.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve system reliability, availability, and performance across environments.
- Execute operational processes and meet internal requirements within areas of responsibility.
- Document systems, operational procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE or platform engineering roles
- Strong experience in Kubernetes-based architectures
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and modern monitoring practices
- Experience supporting and optimizing .Net based applications
- Proficiency in managing web servers (IIS, Nginx) and infrastructure systems.
- Experienced with logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A mindset aligned with safety, scalability, and developer enablement
