Product Owner (Chatbot) (On-site)

Data is at the very heart of n11 and as such Data-related positions play key roles in our strategic initiatives. n11 Data & Insights team is looking for Product Owner which is a hands-on data leadership position focused on leading asistan11's (chatbot) initiatives to excel new user experiences. You will be responsible for defining the mid to long term strategic vision for the creation of AI-driven conversational interfaces, crafting asistan11 that engage and assist our customers seamlessly. You will build and execute a roadmap with state-of-the-art solutions to generate n11’s next generation of personalized asistan11 experience.

What you’ll do

• Be the person who is responsible for defining the why, when and what of the asistan11 that the development & data science team is building and be responsible for building a product and strategy
• Define vision, develop roadmap and drive execution to make new personalized customer experiences on asistan11
• Analyzing technical needs and tracing all development processes, achieve time-to-market and quality
• Partner with business stakeholders, data teams and engineering teams to understand business and technical requirements
• Planning, execute projects and communicate status, risks and issues
• Conducting UAT, product acceptance tests and verify required functionality was developed and implemented as per business requirements
• Writing the user stories, translate requirements into detailed product specifications and keeping the backlog groomed
• Managing the sprint cycles

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Master’s degree in an applied quantitative field such as Machine Learning preferred
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, and/or process improvement
• Preferably, experience managing consumer products leveraging machine learning (e.g. chatbot systems) with a proven record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful products or platforms
• Proven ability to map algorithmic solutions to product problems with demonstrated impact on business metrics through AB testing
• At least 5 years of experience in technology management (product owner, product manager, technical IT manager with portfolio management responsibilities, etc.)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences
• Being able to write and execute SQL queries in order to analyze data if needed
• Data-driven and strong analytical skills
• Experience in maximizing product value with ROI
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on project timelines and sprint arrangements
• A self-driven organized entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to make research activities such as customer analysis and competitor analysis
• Effective organizer of tasks with a self-starter mindset, assertiveness, accountability, helpfulness, and a high level of positive energy and drive
• A self-driven organized entrepreneurial spirit who is also comfortable dealing with ambiguity
