Document Platforms & Solutions development team is responsible for the document infrastructure of bank and its subsidiaries.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Proficiency in English. BS or MS in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS or related fields
• At least 3 year of business/system analysis in Banking/IT Sector. (Experince is a plus)
• Familiar with Project Management methods, disciplines and project lifecycle, preferably agile principals including research, design, project planning, requirements analysis, documentation, implementation/development, testing, UAT (user acceptance test) and launch (release).
• Proficient in gathering, eliciting, negotiating requirements from various stakeholders, and convert them into business analysis outputs (such as use cases, functional analysis, technical analysis, solution design, acceptance test plan, etc.) to meet business needs or solve problems.
• Playing an active role in developing new processes, improving existing processes, overseeing integration points, managing end-to-end projects, and ensuring effective coordination.
• Ability to contribute to technical design and development to meet all business requirements.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong team player with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and coordination skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of diagrams, workflow drawing and creating mockups to visualize business requirements.
• Highly self-motivated and self-organized.
• Knowledge about relational databases, SQL server, Visio and MS Office applications
• Flexible and swift on adapting new concepts and ideas, eager to accept the challenges of tackling loosely defined projects
• High self motivation to deal with multiple projects and priorities in alignment with business objectives and demanstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to translate client needs into product requirements by adapting existing product
• Ability to design interfaces to improve user experience
• Analytical thinking, outstanding problem solving skills, being eager to learn and open for improvement
