Job Description / Responsibilities

• Ensure successful project completion within defined scope and timeline.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and issue logs.
• Respond to technical inquiries and prepare reports as requested by customers.
• Conduct regular visits to customers and business partners to provide support and assistance.
• Facilitate technical meetings with customers.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Effectively resolve conflicts and manage escalations.
• Propose and implement suggestions for optimizing and improving project processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
• Creative, proactive, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle conflicts calmly and objectively.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, both technical and business.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• CAPM or PMP Certification.
