Commercial Director - Events & Immersive Technoloy
ESMOS Recruitment is looking for a Commercial Manager to join one of our clients in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset and leadership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading business development efforts, and managing key partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and mentor sales and business development teams
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partners
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
- Oversee sales operations, pipelines, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Manage budgets, revenue targets, and commercial KPIs
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience, with a strong sales orientation
- Track record in selling design-led experiences or tech-integrated environments
- Deep domain knowledge of the events, exhibitions, or brand experience industry
- Strong portfolio of C-level relationships in marketing and event circles
- Proven success in leading and motivating sales teams
- Strategic thinker with strong financial, negotiation, and communication skills
Salary: 35K - 40K AED
