Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a highly experienced Human resources ro labor relations executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in labor management and camp administration. This role requires a professional who can efficiently handle workforce operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employee welfare at labor camps.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise labor camp administration, ensuring proper accommodation, hygiene, and compliance with UAE labor standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth workforce allocation and mobilization.
• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as per company policies.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively across the workforce.
• Liaise with external agencies, government authorities, and vendors for HR and labor-related matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR within the UAE construction industry.
• Proven expertise in labor management and camp handling.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle workforce-related challenges.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license to visit labor camps and project sites.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software for documentation and reporting.
