Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Secure Network Solutions Lead the planning, design, and validation of enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, and MPLS-based network infrastructures with a strong focus on security, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance policies.
- Technical Documentation and Solution Architecture Prepare and deliver high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD), migration plans, and method of procedures (MOPs); develop technical responses for RFPs/RFQs in collaboration with sales and project teams.
- Customer and Vendor Engagement Participate in pre- and post-sales technical discussions, attend customer meetings, finalize solutions, and engage with OEMs/vendors for solution validation and integration.
- Implementation and Operational Support Guide L1 and L2 teams during implementation phases, provide training and technical documentation, and support complex troubleshooting or legacy-to-modern technology migrations.
- Continuous Improvement and Security Governance Review and redesign network solutions based on evolving customer needs, security risks, and compliance requirements while ensuring documentation of all routine tasks, incidents, and resolutions.
