Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Budgeting Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in using Oracle Fusion Budgeting and Oracle Fusion Project Management. This role requires fluency in Arabic, French, and English, as well as experience in managing budgets and forecasts in the IT sector, including technology-driven projects, software development, infrastructure, and IT operations.
Budget Planning and Development
Operating Budgets: Includes sales, marketing, administration, labor, and IT operations.
- Capital Budgets: Long-term investments in IT infrastructure, software, and equipment.
- Financial Budgets: Cash flow projections, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Specialized IT Budgets: Cloud services, cybersecurity, software licensing, training, and R&D.
- Leverage Oracle Fusion Budgeting to automate and monitor budget entries and adjustments.
Project Budgeting and Oracle Fusion Integration
- Use Oracle Fusion Project Management to create and track detailed project budgets.
- Align budgets with project plans, milestones, and resourcing requirements.
- Forecast and adjust project-related costs across IT initiatives and programs.
Budget Monitoring and Variance Analysis
- Track actual vs. budgeted performance across departments and projects.
- Prepare variance reports and analyze financial discrepancies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Financial Reporting and Forecasting
- Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Consolidate budgeting data into rolling forecasts using Oracle Fusion tools.
- Support financial reviews and audits by maintaining accurate budget documentation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis in the IT industry.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Budgeting and Oracle Fusion Project Management.
- Skills:
- Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Deep knowledge of budgeting principles and cost control strategies.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking.
