The Project Manager in the Marine, Offshore & Wind Solutions team will lead complex lighting projects, focusing on planning, execution, and delivery while adhering to global safety and performance standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Defining project scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Leading the execution of lighting system projects from start to finish.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and sales.
- Maintaining close dialogue with clients, suppliers, and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and taking proactive action to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Driving documentation processes and ensuring compliance with industry and contract standards.
- Contributing to continuous improvement in project delivery and management.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably from marine, offshore, wind, energy or construction sectors.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-value technical projects.
- Solid understanding of engineering processes and ability to follow technical discussions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Projektron, Jira).
- Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience in international project environments.
- Knowledge of sustainability standards in project management.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in lighting technology.
- Location: 2 weeks per month from the office in Norway.
- Team Structure: Cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and sales.
- Preferred start date: 18.06.2025.
- Employment type: B2B.
- Project duration: 6 months with possible extension.
