About The Role

We are looking for a User Experience Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design to help transform complex challenges into elegant and functional experiences. This role will contribute directly to the design of intuitive interfaces across web and mobile platforms, working on projects that impact thousands of users.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers in agile environments to bring ideas from concept to implementation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on turning research insights into practical, accessible design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for mobile and web platforms
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on user research and feedback
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
• Lead and contribute to design thinking workshops to uncover user needs and align with business goals
• Deliver responsive UI designs aligned with accessibility standards and existing design systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout agile sprint cycles
• Present and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in user-centered design and prototyping
• Proficient in Figma and related prototyping tools
• Skilled in GUI design, wireframing, and simplifying complex workflows
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
  
  

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience or familiarity with Python or C++
• Understanding of embedded UI design or network protocols
