IT Project Manager- WMS/JDA

An exciting opportunity to work with a leading logistics organisation as their Project Manager- WMS/JDA.

The role involves leading and coordinating internal and external IT projects with a strong focus on warehouse and transportation management systems (WMS/TMS), particularly JDA. The individual will manage cross-functional teams, communicate with clients and stakeholders, develop project documentation, and oversee system implementations and issue resolutions.

• Lead and develop teams of system super users , data analysts, and Customer Advocacy Team.

• Manage workload distribution and ensure project timelines and reporting are met.

• Provide Technical support on the systems and help in integration.

• Gather and document business requirements; develop WBS and test plans; coordinate software testing.

• Lead business process reviews, system troubleshooting, and technical consultations.

• Triage critical system outages; coordinate system downtime and support escalations.

• Participate in administrative, training, and strategic meetings as required.
  
  

• WMS Expertise: Hands-on experience with JDA or similar WMS, TMS systems.

• Experience: 10+ years in IT, business analysis, logistics/supply chain, and project management.

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge business and technical requirements effectively.

• Customer Management: Skilled at managing expectations and maintaining client satisfaction.
