This fully remote position (California-based) is ideal for a detail-oriented planner with deep industry knowledge of the supplement space. The role demands a dynamic, analytical, and relationship-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this role will support cross-functional initiatives across branding, product development, marketing, and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps and marketing strategies to drive project growth.
- Scale projects in alignment with organizational goals and targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products and campaigns.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with strategic vision.
- Integrate workflows across Operations, Creative, Product Development, and Marketing.
- Create detailed project scopes, budgets, timelines, success metrics, and deliverables.
- Track project expenses and provide ongoing status updates to leadership.
- Manage creative development processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain meticulous documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and QA tickets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
- Drive process improvements and scalable systems, including new product launch protocols.
- Partner with Product Development and Marketing to support omnichannel launches.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead post-project reviews to capture learnings and refine future approaches.
- Foster a collaborative and high-impact team culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in a CPG company within the wellness or supplement industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to challenge assumptions and operate with limited information.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and negotiate.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana, Hive, Wrike, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Background in process development and project management principles (Master Data, Continuous Improvement) is a plus.
- PMP certification is required.
- Must be currently residing in California.
