Are you an experienced Data Analytics Specialist looking to make an impact in a dynamic organization?

Amoria Bond is seeking a strategic thinker to join a client as a Data Analytics Lead. In this role, you will serve as the key contact for all strategic and tactical data initiatives. You will proactively lead and coach a team of 2 engineers, collaborating with the business to drive data decisions, develop and execute plans, and ensure effective data flows and models for seamless handover.

This is a contract role, with the view to go permanent with the client after 12 months of working on Amoria Bond Payroll.

Must-have Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in business intelligence or data analytics (minimum 4 years).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, along with knowledge of DBT and BigQuery are preferred.
• Good command of SQL server.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch is preferred.
