Senior Cyber Security Expert (Financial Institution)

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Assurance Senior Associate to drive cybersecurity assurance initiatives, support strategic security projects, and ensure secure adoption of new technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage security assurance programs and awareness initiatives.

• Define and review cyber controls during technology onboarding and cloud migration projects.

• Provide expertise on secure DevSecOps practices for cloud-hosted applications.

• Conduct risk assessments and identify compliance gaps, collaborating with stakeholders to implement remediation.

• Stay current with emerging threats, regulations, and frameworks (ISO27001, local compliance directives, etc.).

• Support the implementation of Zero Trust strategies and technologies including SD-WAN, SWG, and CASB.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field.

• 10-15 years of diverse cybersecurity experience, including 6+ years in a leadership or senior assurance role.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and cloud security controls.

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Must have top tier financial institutions experience across Europe and Asia Pacific.
