Balance Game Designer

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Warsaw office, Lviv office or remotely from Poland and Ukraine.

We are looking for a specialist for our new midcore project with roguelite elements. The successful candidate will be creating game balance and economy as well as potentially developing game features in the future.

Responsibilities

• Creating game and metagame balances as well as the game's economy
• Maintaining a balance between all systems
• Creating new features and GDD

What we expect

• At least 3 years of work experience as a Game Designer
• At least 2 years of experience balancing game mechanics and building game economy
• Experience applying a data-driven approach to game balance calculations
• Knowledge of the mobile gaming industry and understanding of the mobile game KPIs
• Fluency in Ukrainian
• English language skills at the intermediate level or higher

Desired

• Experience working with Unity and version control systems
• Experience writing scripts for Google Sheets
• Experience in deconstructing game economies or game features
• Experience working with game analytics
