Role Overview

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping product strategy, managing feature execution, and aligning efforts with Titan’s overall product vision. You will collaborate closely with design, and engineering teams to bring impactful features to life, and ensure the products meet both user needs and business goals.

Role Details and Responsibilities

• Understand and analyse our user’s needs.
• Validate and pitch new product ideas.
• Maintain a strong grasp of competitive trends and the landscape.
• Define features through detailed specifications and user stories.
• Create mock-ups and wireframes using industry-standard prototyping tools.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams during feature implementation.
• Maintain timelines and update stakeholders regularly.
• Define success metrics and analyze product performance.

Design and Execution Responsibilities:

• Draft detailed specs for initiatives.
• Explain specs and benefits to engineers and designers.
• Track task statuses and ensure progress.
• Ensure accurate data tracking for features.
• Identify product operation issues and raise them to the PM or lead.

Strategy and Research:

• Assist in market and competitor research.
• Help set up tools and processes to gather customer feedback.
• Support product documentation and training when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Product Management.
• Strong bias for action, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with solid business and technical acumen.
• Passion for building software products and services.
• Strong sense of how to blend technology and design to solve user needs.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
