Project Management Officer -PMO

Location - Belapur/Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Complete work from office including alternate Saturdays (1st, 3rd & 5th)

About the Role


Must Have: 4 years of total experience as PMO. Manage the day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Project Management Officer/PMO responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track. Collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process. Ultimately, you will work with leaders across various departments to help streamline our projects to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion. Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification. Hands on experience on Project Management, Resource management, various PMO activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Attendance, Timesheet, and Invoice related
  • Attendance & Timesheet submission with client
  • Obtaining approvals, preparing RUS
  • Working close with internal PMO & CPMO teams
  • Resource Onboarding
  • Resource allocation & deallocation, SO/DM creation, tracking & monitoring
  • Working closely with RMG/TAG/HR team for tracking SO/DM and for onboarding
  • Work in close coordination with PMs, Leads and the newly onboarded resources in ensuring their utilization
  • Work with client and the associate in ensuring onboarding formalities as expected by client finalized processes
  • Meticulous traction to be established between the resource, TL, PM and client onboarding team
  • Other internal responsibilities
  • Collate and keep a repository of various data handy for reference / review
  • Support the PM/PGM in preparing decks for review meetings (internal and with client)
  • Work with the PGM / PMs and plan training / coordinate with relevant stakeholders in planning and execution
  • Support the PGM in tracking the various streams / activities happening in the program
  • Tracking the actions items
  • Preparing reports and dashboard for daily update
  • Monitoring of demands and keep track of critical deliverables
  • Project monitoring activities and reporting to internal & external stakeholders
  • Experience in IT industry is required, exposure to banking is desirable


Qualifications


  • Education - BE/BTech/MTech/MCA only
  • Experience - 4-8 Years

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities
  • Excellent organizational and technical abilities
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Office (PMO)


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT industry is required, exposure to banking is desirable.
