Key Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives from discovery and ideation through scoping, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to define and deliver platform and digital product features.
• Drive API productization and ensure that backend services and platform capabilities are robust and scalable.
• Contribute to manual QA testing processes, including writing and executing test cases.
• Utilize tools like Jira, Trello, or similar for project tracking and management.
• Produce clear documentation and communication materials to support collaboration.
• Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, with a bias for action and ownership.
  
  

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in product management or similar product-focused roles.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle in digital products and Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with manual QA testing, including test case design and execution.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or other project management and bug tracking tools.
• Comfort working in technical domains (APIs, backend services, enterprise-level platforms).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear documentation.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for building impactful products.
