We're looking for a Front Arena Developer with strong OMNI/AMS and Order Management System (OMS) experience to help us modernise and enhance our electronic trading platform. What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain Front Arena components with a focus on OMNI (Order Management) and AMS (Arena Market Server).
- Implement and support solutions across the full trade lifecycle, from order capture to settlement.
- Collaborate with traders, risk, and operations to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Automate key workflows using Python and optimise data processes via SQL.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to performance tuning and integration improvements.
- Provide second-line support and ensure production stability for mission-critical systems.
What You Bring
- 5 years experience working with FIS Front Arena, specifically OMNI/AMS modules.
- Proven experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) in capital markets.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation, scripting, and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders across business and IT.
- Financial instruments knowledge (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
- German language skills are a plus.
- EU citizenship or valid work rights in Switzerland are mandatory.
