The Role

As our first AI-First Full-Stack Engineer, you'll build the core systems connecting GitHub repositories to AI-powered auditing engines and create enterprise dashboards that process millions of lines of code. You'll also assist with manual audits for new customer sales while we complete the fully automated AI version - giving you invaluable insights into tech debt patterns.

This isn't just development work—you're solving a problem where 66% of software projects fail due to tech debt and 30% of developer time is wasted maintaining bloated systems.

About You

You're an AI-first developer who uses tools like Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to program faster and build intelligent applications. You're an integration specialist who can INTEGRATE ANYTHING - whether it's Nylas, GitLab, Slack, or any other platform.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, can work extra hours when needed, and are comfortable with 1-week production-ready sprints. You can build complete web applications end-to-end and write comprehensive unit tests for all your code.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years full-stack development with Next.js and Node.js (required)
• End-to-End Development - frontend to database creation and deployment
• API Integration Expert - proven ability to integrate ANY third-party service
• AI Development Tools - Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot experience
• AWS Cloud - Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch (required)
• SonarQube for code quality analysis and technical debt assessment
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
• Unit Testing - comprehensive test coverage for all code
• Fluent English with 9am-5pm EST availability
• Flexible schedule - ability to work extra hours for sprint deadlines
