Role Overview
As a Fullstack Node.js Developer at Workana, you will join our engineering team to help bring our product vision to life. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building scalable, high-quality features across our platform. You'll work closely with other developers, product owners, and designers to deliver impactful solutions that empower our users and drive the growth of our business.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining key features across our product, contributing to both backend and frontend efforts. While you will work across the web stack, your main strength should be in Node.js. You will be part of a cross-functional team, building and maintaining product features that directly impact our users and improve the future of remote work.

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining key features across our product, contributing to both backend and frontend efforts. You will be part of a cross-functional team, building and maintaining product features that directly impact our users and improve the future of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable product features.
- Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on backend logic (Node.js).
- Collaborate with teammates from engineering, product, and design.
- Work with APIs, databases, and modern web frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement.
- Deploy and monitor your code in production environments.
- Continuously learn, share knowledge, and support team growth
- 3+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js
- Experience with frontend development using React.js, Next.js and Vue.js
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Collaborative spirit and clear communication skills, especially for remote teamwork
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to keep learning
- Advanced english proficiency
