Role Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled Data Analyst who can turn raw data into actionable insights. The role requires a deep understanding of how to work with complex datasets, identify trends, and communicate key findings to influence strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to uncover actionable insights.
• Work with the engineering team to develop out the entire infrastructure to support the company’s data needs
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure performance.
• Support data-driven decision-making processes by providing clear and concise recommendations.
• Provide key reports, trends & insights that will enable the business to implement strategic & commercial decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A commercial mindset and understanding on how to translate data & insights into critical business & commercial decisions
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
