In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and scaling the RevOps function, working closely with the CRO, Heads of Sales, and Heads of Marketing in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK. You will address system challenges, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive process optimization across multiple regions and acquired businesses.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and scaling the RevOps function, working closely with the CRO, Heads of Sales, and Heads of Marketing in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK. You will address system challenges, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive process optimization across multiple regions and acquired businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the RevOps function, developing processes, tools, and metrics to support Epassi’s growth across six markets and multiple acquisitions.
- Overhaul current systems to support RevOps functions, including data integrity, e-sign processes, and data definition guidelines.
- Partner with tech and data teams to optimize HubSpot, PowerBI, and other sales tools for accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Develop and implement standardized processes for revenue operations, including pipeline management, lead handling, and data entry.
- Create handbooks and guidelines to drive adoption and consistency across markets.
- Refine forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize data to identify market-specific opportunities and ROI-focused investments.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to ensure unified strategies and execution.
- Work with regional leads to address market-specific nuances and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead change initiatives across regions to drive best practices and align the company’s revenue operations strategy.
- Establish a data-driven culture that supports agile decision-making.
- Address system limitations and data inconsistencies to support scalable RevOps functions.
- Focus on high-priority growth markets, specifically Germany and Italy, and adapt strategies to local market regulations.
- Integrate multiple acquired businesses, CRMs, and pricing models to create a unified approach to revenue operations.
- Build data-driven GTM strategies for individual markets, accounting for differing customer profiles, deal sizes, and conversion rates.
- Proven experience in a senior Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS or FinTech company.
- Experience setting up and scaling RevOps functions, including process optimization and data management.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, with the ability to drive alignment across functions.
- Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Strong communication skills, with a track record of working effectively across regions and with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives and driving cultural adoption of new systems and processes.
