Position Overview
Working in an international environment, the candidate will be based in Paris, and will work closely with the investment, finance and reporting teams to support the analysis, structuring, and visualization of data across funds, investee funds and portfolio companies. The candidate will collaborate with other data and innovation team members based in New York and will report to the Director Operations in charge of Data & analytics in Paris.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Collecting, cleaning, and organizing financial and operational datasets from different sources including Snowflake environment
- Maintaining workflow and performance analysis and tracking databases for funds and deals.
- Assisting in the preparation of regular reports for investors.
- Creating and improving dashboards, forecast models and visual reports.
- Supporting automation of reporting processes and data quality checks.
- Contributing to due diligence and fundraising data support.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starting person with good organizational skills. We are looking forward to integrating a new member of a dynamic and cohesive team.
Profile requirements:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and Python
- Interest in Private Equity, corporate finance, or asset management.
- Understanding of key financial metrics and statements (TVPI, DPI, NAV, IRR).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French; other languages are a plus.
