• Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product) and our Data teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, Web Analytics)
• Act as a trusted analytics partner and point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Support product and business decisions with a data-first approach
• Define and evolve new KPIs and sustainable, scalable reporting structures
• Develop and implement automated reports and dashboards using Tableau
• Champion a data-driven mindset across the company and mentor power users

This is how you can impress us

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in Product Analytics
• Solid understanding of data processes and business needs
• Strong SQL skills; confident working with transactional databases and data models (Star and Snowflake schema)
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Excellent analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for driving change
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken); German skills are a plus

• Experience with Python or R
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or AWS
• Passion for improving data infrastructure, streamlining workflows, and enabling scalable solutions
