Senior Full Stack Engineer

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work in Fidelity Ireland’s Asset Management Technology group. Our team is responsible for designing, developing & implementing products for ‘Cross Advisor Trading'; encompassing Currency Management, Foreign Exchange (FX) Trading, and Securities Lending focused primarily on AWS Cloud Development.

The Expertise we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technology field.
• 5+ years’ experience, preferable within financial services and/or a shared service model
• Strong attention to detail & analytical skills.
• Experience working with some of the following: Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Angular, NPM, Maven, Git, REST.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud Technologies and Services such as EC2, EKS, CloudWatch, S3, VPCs is welcomed.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining build/deployment pipelines.
• Strong process management & decision-making skills.
• Experience in supporting UAT & Production environments.
• Well-practiced in software quality concepts and tools at different levels of testing (unit, component, integration, functional and performance tests).
• Strong understanding of coding patterns and engineering standard methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile standard methodologies within the Scrum context.
