Join our Technology AI team as a Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst. This hybrid role involves managing AI-related projects and gathering technical requirements for productivity tools and data applications. You’ll work closely with developers, stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning meetings, record minutes and actions.
- Develop and manage project workplans.
- Report on data flow development status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AI developers to identify and resolve blockers.
- Ensure documentation exists for all developed data flows.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams for production readiness.
- Support training efforts for end users on AI tools.
- Drive prioritization and resource alignment.
- Monitor project delivery and maintain stakeholder accountability.
- Self-starter with initiative and delivery focus.
- Strong collaborator across business and technical teams.
- Excellent communicator with clear reporting skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- Detail-oriented and persistent.
- Able to manage multiple projects and shift priorities quickly.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments.
- BSc in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in project management or technical business analysis, ideally in Financial Services.
- Experience across full system delivery lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data modeling.
- Experience with SQL, relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience using Jira, building Kanbans, roadmaps, and dashboards.
- Experience in investment banking or capital markets is a plus.
- Exposure to generative AI and LLM technologies is a plus.
