Internal Communication & HR Project Assistant (INTERNSHIP)

MISSION

The position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of the LVMH Beauty Italy, a structure composed of teams involved in management control, administration and finance, Information Technology, logistics, general services and customer service for all the Brands of the Division (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Benefit Cosmetics and Make Up For ever).

The Internal Communication & HR Projects Assistant will support the Head of HR in the Projects development and deployment within the Beauty Division Italy and in the day-to-day HR activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage internal communication
• Support in developing, deploying and promoting HR projects e.g. Employee Engagement, EVP, DE&I and CSR
• Work closely with the HR team to enhance the Employee Journey
• Collaborate with HR Global teams to deploy specific projects
• Provide recommendations and consultation to improve projects/processes
• Guarantee day-to-day support in the HR activities and processes (HR administration, reporting, data collection and analysis)

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Economics or Humanities, Master in Human Resources is a plus
• A previous internship experience is considered as a strong plus

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, digital mindset, attention to detail
• Ability to deal with multiple requests from managers and employees, organising them by priority
• Fluent English
