Proxy Live Solutions is seeking a dedicated Application Support Engineer to join our established team. In this role, you will provide both online and offline support for our live casino environments, ensuring uninterrupted, high-quality service for our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely technical support for live casino applications and studios (online and offline) to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- React promptly to automated alerts and notifications, performing analytical investigations to identify root causes of incidents and problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and engineers, to resolve technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor application performance to proactively identify potential issues and contribute to system maintenance and updates.
- Maintain clear documentation of support activities and technical procedures to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring excellent service.

Afternoon: 15:00 - 23:00
