Support and Service Team in Riga is looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join the marketing team and run our lead generation and campaign efforts across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a data-savvy marketer with hands-on experience in paid media, B2B content, and LinkedIn-focused campaigns—especially within a fast-paced, tech-driven industry like iGaming.

You will do:
- Define lead gen strategy (goals, funnel, KPIs).
- Run LinkedIn campaigns (organic, paid, Sales Navigator).
- Manage PPC & SEM (Google Ads, keyword targeting, retargeting).
- Launch Telegram ads (sponsored posts, bots, regional targeting).
- Create and optimize content (gated assets, blogs, creatives).
- Build and refine landing pages (high-conversion, mobile-friendly).
- Set up and track analytics (GA4, CRM, dashboards).
- Align with sales (lead handover, feedback, CRM sync).
- Optimize campaigns (A/B testing, CPL reduction, ROI improvement).
- Report results (monthly/quarterly insights to stakeholders).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multichannel lead generation strategies;
- Manage LinkedIn marketing (organic, paid, Sales Navigator outreach);
- Launch and optimize PPC & SEM campaigns (Google Ads, retargeting, keyword strategy);
- Plan and manage Telegram ads for regional lead generation;
- Coordinate the creation of landing pages, gated content, and email workflows;
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align messaging and goals;
- Track performance via GA4, ad platforms, and CRM tools;
- Report on KPIs and marketing ROI, suggesting data-driven improvements;
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new tools;
- Contribute to evolving our brand voice and campaign creative direction.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B;
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator;
- Proven track record running successful PPC/SEM campaigns (Google Ads, retargeting);
- Experience with Telegram ads or regional platforms (CIS, LatAm, Asia);
- Solid understanding of lead funnels, CRM flows, and A/B testing;
- Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot, or similar analytics/marketing tools;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in iGaming or other regulated B2B industries;
- Knowledge of creative brief writing and coordination with in-house designers;
- Background in product marketing or technical content.
