Cards Operations Risk Specialist

Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company that offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is available on a desktop or through an app on Android and iOS.

Genome is looking for a Cards Operations Risk Specialist!

Your tasks:

• analyzing data and trends to assess fraud risks;
• performing internal customer activity investigations;
• developing and implementing strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent activities;
• communication with the clients on the risk issues;
• proceeding with income dispute claim requests.
• handling the issuing disputes/ pre-compliance/compliance cases in the VISA Online System;
• adjusting risk rules in the antifraud system
• implementing new risk preventive measures in view of official Visa regulations;
• handling the process of incoming chargebacks;
• creating mitigation plans by request.

We are seeking the following skills and knowledge:

• 1+ years in risk/fraud management within the banking or financial services industry;
• ability to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks from large datasets;
• proficiency in English, Ukrainian (part of the team is from Ukraine)
• good analytical skills;
• strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions;
• continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices;
• ability to perform in a self-manageable manner within set timeboxing.

Will be a plus:

• anti-fraud platforms work experience;
• Zendesk work experience;
• good knowledge of analytical and visualization tools (Quicksight, Tableau).

Compensation:

Salary range: €2,200 - €2,800 gross monthly*
