We're currently partnering with a leading financial services organisation operating across the Nordic and Baltic regions, currently undergoing an ambitious data transformation. They're looking for a Metadata Management Specialist to help shape their enterprise-wide data governance capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at scale within a Group Data Office driving initiatives that support analytics, data science, and data-led decision-making. The team operates with a modern, collaborative mindset and values strong stakeholder engagement, practical problem-solving, and a strategic approach to metadata and lineage.

Key responsibilities:

• Define metadata management requirements and design aligned solutions

• Build and maintain enterprise data catalogues and data lineage processes

• Integrate metadata across platforms (e.g., ETL tools) into centralised data environments

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to automate metadata workflows

• Support teams across the organisation in implementing scalable metadata practices

• Manage tool configurations, testing, and rollouts

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years' experience in data management or governance

• Experience with data catalogues, lineage, and metadata processes

• Strong communication skills - able to bridge technical and business needs

• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools

• Based in Lithuania, fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Background in analytics, risk, or data in a financial environment

• Experience as a project manager or data steward

• Hands-on with enterprise metadata platforms
