We are seeking a Digital Training Specialist who is passionate about leveraging technology to revolutionize the way we educate and engage Gen-Z employees. This role is crucial in helping us create innovative digital learning experiences that are aligned with modern educational trends and the learning styles of the younger generation.

You will be responsible for developing and proposing structured, engaging training materials and digital education strategies that work across platforms and learning levels. While you don’t need to be a subject matter expert, your expertise in virtual teaching and curriculum design will help ensure our content is impactful, accessible, and aligned with our organizational goals.

This role will have an exposure to C-level and head of department stakeholders within matrixed structure.

Success in this role will be measured by improvements in feature usability and efficiency of models and performers across various products and platforms. This role will require flexibility in approaching various environments and working with multiple clients and stakeholders to deliver scalable yet individually fit solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital learning solutions tailored to different audiences, mainly young generations.
• Advice on format, tool and medium used to reach target audience. This can vary from product to product.
• Propose scalable structures for training materials that align with educational best practices.
• Create engaging, platform-agnostic learning materials and experiences.
• Stay current with educational trends, technologies, and digital engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product Leads, CPO, Head of Account Management) to align educational strategies with product goals and user needs.
• Develop ideas and approaches for delivering learning content across diverse platforms and to varied audience levels.
• Support the transformation of existing educational content into dynamic, digital formats.
• Measure training impact and adapt style of the curriculum to its reception by users.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital education, e-learning, or virtual instruction - preferably at a university or virtual university level.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms and how to tailor educational content for maximum engagement.
• Strong grasp of learning design principles, particularly for younger learners.
• Ability to translate educational needs into engaging digital formats without needing to be a subject matter expert.
• Creative thinking with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across different departments.
• Flexibility and agility. Ability to manage change and adapt to shifting priorities.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Background in teaching, particularly in virtual or higher education settings.
• Working within L&D structures, focused on supporting multiple departments.
• Experience designing curriculum or instructional content in a tech-forward or startup environment.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and analytics tools – mainly Articulate360 package, AI design tools and ideally – Acorn LMS.
• Savvy with multiple social media formats and ability to create lookalike learning materials.
