Your role 💼
We are looking for a Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team and support business-critical projects within structured environments, ideally in the banking or financial sector.
The ideal candidate will be involved in both strategic and operational project management, focusing on business processes, compliance, and organizational change. This role includes managing timelines, tracking issues, coordinating with IT providers, and ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to define or redesign internal processes, support stakeholders in identifying project priorities, and ensure smooth delivery of project phases. This is a key role for driving organizational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
- Defining or redefining internal business processes;
- Management of organization-themed projects;
- Coordinate projects of changes to the organizational structure;
- Support the business in project requirements definition and analysis of the functional and technical requirements, with the prioritization of development streams;
- Organization and coordination of weekly meetings with the IT provider; Manage and update of the issues documentations;
- Project Management support include but are not limited to preparing and delivering presentations, scheduling and facilitating meetings, preparing and presenting status reports, developing project plans and timelines;
Requirements 💡
- At least 3 years of experience in project management ideally in the banking or financial sector;
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Engineering, or related fields;
- Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written);
- Ability to support project governance, including preparation of project plans, timelines, reports, and stakeholder presentations;
- Familiarity with compliance-related processes, including KYC;
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project);
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum);
- Valid EU work permit.
