Junior Machine Learning Engineer

InnoWave is looking for a motivated and curious Junior Machine Learning Engineer with up to 3 years of professional experience to join the Data & AI team of one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Data Science and Machine Learning, strong technical skills, and hands-on experience working in cloud environments.

Junior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for various business use cases.
• Prepare and transform data for use in analytical models.
• Integrate ML models into production pipelines, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams.
• Leverage cloud services (preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP) to develop and deploy ML models.
• Monitor and update models in production, ensuring continuous performance.
  
  
  

Skills

• Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or similar areas
• Up to 3 years work experience in similar roles
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), especially in ML/AI components
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, like Git
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines (nice to have)
• Knowledge of data engineering (ETL processes, data lakes, data pipelines) (nice to have).
• Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
