Senior Graphic Designer

The graphic designer is responsible for bringing design solutions to life which adhere to marketing strategies, business goals, and brand standards. They will be able to produce print and digital creative solutions that are complex, original, comprehensive, and demonstrate expertise in core design concepts and media.

They should possess in-depth working knowledge of graphic design, including but not limited to: typography, graphics, photo editing, layout, print production, and UI/UX.

The designer will work based on briefs from the Marketing team, web team, and other key internal stakeholders.

They should be able to work collaboratively with these stakeholders to help visually support their goals.

Role Requirements

Degree or certification in Graphic Design or related field

5+ years professional working experience as a designerIn-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to create quality design solutions for both print and web

Ability to maintain brand consistency throughout all deliverables

Ability to listen to design needs, problem solve and ideate with client(s) and team

Excellent time management and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of typography and layout best practices

Ability to coordinate with vendors when needed to ensure quality production of printed assets
