🎯 What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of React.js experience (hooks, state management, performance optimizations).
• Deep understanding of JavaScript & TypeScript.
• Passion for UX & design—someone who cares about how things look and feel.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).
• Fintech experience? Great. But not required!
