Chief Technology Officer

We're partnering with a dynamic, product-driven tech company on the rise — one that’s building next-gen SaaS products designed to scale fast and smart.

As they lay the foundation for a high-impact platform, we're looking for a CTO to join the founding leadership team. This isn’t just a technical role — it’s a chance to shape the product, build the team from scratch, and co-own the roadmap from day one.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all technical decisions and architecture for the core platform
• Build and manage the engineering team (from hiring to mentoring)
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and product leads to bring ideas to life
• Set up development processes, tech stack, and a culture of shipping fast and clean
• Balance speed with scalability — and build with a long-term product vision in mind

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience building modern web applications or SaaS products (bonus if from scratch)
• Comfortable in zero-to-one environments and working with lean, agile teams
• A hands-on builder with strong leadership instincts — you’ll write code, but also lead the big picture
• Startup mindset: experimental, iterative, resourceful
• Fluency in English
