About the job

• Form: B2B contract
• Location: Remote from Poland
• Time zone: CET

Tasks:

• Project support in implementing ServiceNow for IT (ITSM/ITOM), transition to operations (this is an existing project by another supplier)
• Create a concept for archiving ServiceNow data to ensure & improve platform performance
• Implementation of ServiceNow Change & Release Management for our ServiceNow modules (ITOM, CSM/ITSM, CMDB)
• Blade Reporting
• Coordination of ServiceNow developers
• Business Consulting (on demand)
• 2nd Level Support
• Documentation & Business Continuity Management

Qualifications:

Must have:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow
• At least 2-3 years of technical experience in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certification 'NOW-Certified System Administrator'
• Knowledge in ServiceNow modules ITOM, CSM/ITSM, CMDB
• Customer focused thinking and result-oriented function while you have the passion to be responsible for IT services
• Project experience (e. g. requirement analysis, project management)
• Agile PM methodology knowledge (e. g. PRINCE2, PMP, SCRUM)
• Knowledge in IT support processes (ITIL)
• Excellent skills in English (spoken/written)
