Role: GCP DevOps Engineer

Location- Krakow, Poland (Hybrid twice a week to office)

We are looking for a GCP DevOps Engineer Platform System Engineer to support various tasks related with development and maintenance of data platforms and products on GCP.

The job tasks will be related to CICD tooling maintenance and CICD pipelines development of shared services components contribution toward GCP services deployment patterns automating tasks related to ensuring resilience and compliance of IT services maintained in the department contribution toward development of SRE practice

The major competencies we are looking for are

• CICD and DevOps tooling Jenkins GitHub Nexus Ansible
• understanding of cloud platforms from operational and architectural point of view including best practices optimization cost control security compliance we are using GCP but relevant experience with other cloud providers will be considered as well
• Infrastructure as a Code Terraform
• attitude to automate everything
• general programming skills must have Bash Python
• proficiency in Linux administration
• knowledge of networking principles
• understanding of SRE Service Management application lifecycle management
• communication and collaboration skills cooperation with various technical and business teams is required on daily basis and problem solving

Nice to have

• experience within a highly regulated environment
• experience with Kubernetes
• experience in Data Engineering and with Data Engineering tooling Airflow Spark
