We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with solid expertise in the payments industry to lead strategic transformation in this domain. This role involves challenging current models, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving innovative, business-impacting solutions across payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and evolve payment products by questioning existing business models and value propositions
Align diverse teams around a shared product vision and ensure collaborative execution
Drive innovation across card, POS, and digital payment solutions
Lead initiatives that are business-driven, user-focused, and technology enabled

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering; MSc or MBA is an advantage
7+ years of product management experience, with deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem
Familiarity with payment regulations, technologies, and market dynamics
Background in agile, fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of modern product development, UX/UI, and customer collaboration
Proficiency in English is a key requirement.
