Junior People Operations Specialist

Currently, we are seeking a Junior People Operations Specialist to strengthen our team further. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability to learning, and precision in all tasks performed. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and engage effectively with various levels within the organization is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support in one of the core People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, assigned based on business needs
• Manage employee requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Maintain employee records in internal and external HR/payroll systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Ensure HR documentation and processes align with internal policies and legal standards
• Generate reports and summaries to address operational or compliance requirements
• Collaborate with the People Team to refine processes, enhance employee experience, and support broader initiatives
  
  
  

Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of English at B2 level
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach
• Background in multicultural environments is advantageous
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
